Our Snow Clearing Commitment

All plans are monthly subscriptions, with service automatically scheduled when qualifying snowfall occurs. Standard Home has a 24-hour service deadline; Priority Home and Estate Home have a 12-hour service deadline. All timeframes begin when the qualifying snowfall event ends.

We clear the agreed driveway, sidewalk, front walkway, and steps. All completed visits include photo confirmation.

Public sidewalks must be cleared in accordance with the City of Calgary’s snow and ice regulations. Snow from private driveways and walkways is stored on private property, not pushed onto public roads or boulevards.

*Provisional limit: up to four qualifying visits per billing month.

Additional visits require a stated price and your agreement before service. We do not advertise unlimited visits.

Property size, snowfall trigger, number of included visits, additional visits, and subscription terms must be confirmed in the final agreement.

We do not guarantee service in extreme weather unless a clearly defined severe-weather policy has been approved by the business and included in your agreement.

What’s the difference between Standard, Priority and Estate?

Standard Home is $219/month for a standard double-car driveway, with clearing within 24 hours after qualifying snowfall ends. Priority Home is $279/month for a larger driveway up to a standard triple-car width, with priority scheduling and clearing within 12 hours after qualifying snowfall ends. Estate Home is $389/month full service for large homes and corner lots, adding back walkways, the corner side sidewalk and ice melt. All include the agreed front public sidewalk, front walkway, entrance steps, and photo confirmation.

When does the service deadline start?

The 24-hour Standard and 12-hour Priority deadlines begin when the qualifying snowfall event ends, not when it starts. Your final agreement confirms the snowfall trigger.

How many visits are included?

The provisional limit is up to four qualifying visits per billing month. Included visits and subscription terms are confirmed in the final agreement. Any additional visit requires a stated price and your agreement first.

Do I need to call after it snows?

No. Service is automatically scheduled following qualifying snowfall. The qualifying snowfall trigger and property coverage are confirmed in your final agreement.
